The PPG Prepress team is always on hand to offer advice when preparing your artwork for print. Whether you’re unsure about the size, bleed, resolution or format of your artwork, by speaking to our experts early on in the process, we can ensure that your print job is produced to the highest quality level and without delays.
We can receive artwork in most formats, including high resolution PDF, JPEG, EPS, Quark Xpress and Adobe InDesign. For information on document sizes, please refer to the table below. Please add a 3mm bleed on all sides and ensure that any content does not spill into this area.
The easiest way to submit your artwork is via our FTP site, for which your PPG Account Manager will provide log-in details. Alternatively, you can email your file or post it on CD to your Account Manager.
Once your artwork has been received, we will supply you with a PDF proof for you to sign off. Our digital proofs have been exactly matched to our Komori presses and are calibrated on a daily basis, giving you absolute confidence and peace of mind that your print job will match your colour proof.
